MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION
To submit your membership application, click on the link below which will open a new window for you to complete the form. The cost to join the network is $36 for the annual membership fee and a one time $10 initial activation fee. Once you submit your application, we will complete the processing of your application and email you a membership confirmation with a link to Google Checkout where you will pay your annual dues. For your convenience, Google Checkout accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
